Privacy Policy
Effective October 23, 2026. This policy explains how Phenomenal B.L.A.Qu.E. Women, LLC handles information sent through this website, phenomenalblaquewomen.com.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send. When you use a form on this site we receive your name, email address, phone number if you give one, what you are reaching out about, an event date or timeframe if you give one, and anything you write in the message box. Please do not send bank details, Social Security numbers, passwords or another person’s private medical information through the website.
Sensitive things you may choose to tell us
People who reach out about Grace to Grieve or mentorship often share something personal: a loss, a diagnosis, a hard season. We treat that as confidential. It is read by Leatrice De Bruhl and used only to respond to you and to support you if you choose to work together. It is never published, shared with other clients or used in a talk without your clear permission.
How we use it
To answer your inquiry, check availability for an event, set up a conversation about coaching or mentorship, and provide the services you ask for. We may follow up about the request you sent. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.
When information is shared
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that host this website and deliver and organize our messages, who may use it only to provide that service to us, and when the law requires it.
Not medical or mental health care
Grief coaching and mentorship offered through this site are faith-based support, not counseling, psychotherapy or medical treatment, and this website is not a crisis service. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline in the United States) or go to the nearest emergency room.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies or analytics tracking. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and the Google reviews widget, where shown, is served by Trustindex; each may receive your IP address as part of delivering that content. The podcast players on the Podcasts page are embedded from Apple Podcasts, which may set its own cookies and receive your IP address when they load. Links to Amazon, Apple Podcasts, Podbean, Instagram and Threads take you to those companies’ sites, which have their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond to them and to keep a record of our business dealings. Ask us and we will delete your inquiry unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Email ldebruhlmad92@gmail.com, call (757) 284-6283 or use the contact form.
