Mentorship

No textbook clichés. Just real mentorship.

One-on-one, faith-based mentorship for women rebuilding after adversity. Truth spoken into your hurt, and a plan to build lasting purpose, from a sister who has lived in the valley and knows the way out.

Leatrice De Bruhl, mentor and founder of Phenomenal B.L.A.Qu.E. Women
Who this is for

Women who are done being told to just stay positive

Mentorship at Phenomenal B.L.A.Qu.E. Women is for the woman whose life took a turn she did not choose: a loss, a betrayal, an injustice, a season when everything she had built was questioned. She is still standing, but she is tired, and she knows that “everything happens for a reason” is not a plan.

Leatrice does not mentor from a place of having it all together. She mentors because she lived in the valley, found faith there that looked crazy to everyone watching, and walked out with a purpose. That is the road she walks women down: not around the hurt, but through it, toward what comes next.

  • Honest conversation, including the parts you have not said out loud
  • Faith at the center, never used as a way to skip the hard part
  • Accountability you agreed to, on things you actually chose
  • A sister, not a service
What you work on

Pain into purpose, in practice

Naming where you are
Before any plan, the truth. What happened, what it took from you, what it taught you, and what you are still carrying that is not yours to carry.
Faith, resilience, healing
The three threads of the company’s mission, worked out in your own life: what you believe about God in the middle of it, what rebuilds your strength, and what healing is actually asking of you.
Identity and worth
Blessed Like A Queen in Everyway is not a slogan here. It is the work of believing it about yourself after people or circumstances told you otherwise.
Purpose and next steps
What your story is for. Sometimes that is a calling, a ministry, a book or a business. Sometimes it is simply the next right decision. Either way, it gets written down and worked on.
How it runs

Simple, personal, by phone or video

  1. A first conversation

No commitment. You tell Leatrice where you are; she tells you honestly whether mentorship is the right fit, or whether what you need first is grief coaching, a counselor, or simply time.

  2. An agreed rhythm

How often you meet, for how long, by phone or video, and what you are working toward. Put in writing so both of you can hold to it.

  3. The season

Regular sessions, honest homework, and someone who checks in between them. Mentorship is a relationship, not an appointment.

  4. Walking out

The goal is not to need her forever. It is to walk out of the valley with your faith, your worth and your purpose intact, and to be able to say it to someone else one day.

Mentorship is faith-based personal development. It is not therapy or medical care, and Leatrice will say so plainly if a licensed professional is what you need.
